Terms and Conditions for Free Studio Access Campaign
- Eligibility
– This campaign is open exclusively to women who are content creators or aspiring content creators.
– Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
– Participants must be residents of India and willing to travel to Pune, where the yKnot Media Group studio is located.
- Application Process
– To apply, participants must complete the application form available on the yKnot Media Group website, providing all required information, including content ideas and links to existing social media profiles or content.
– Applications will be reviewed based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the values of yKnot Media Group.
– yKnot Media Group reserves the right to select 5 participants at its sole discretion.
- Slot Allocation
– The selected participants will be granted one free session in the yKnot Media Group studio, which includes access to all available equipment, including dynamic microphones, Sony A7III cameras, lighting setups, and the podcast/content creation space.
– Each session will be scheduled in coordination with yKnot Media Group, based on the studio’s availability.
– The free slots are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
- Studio Usage
– Participants agree to abide by all studio rules and regulations, including safety guidelines, proper handling of equipment, and maintaining cleanliness.
– The use of illegal substances, profanity, or rude behaviour towards yKnot Media Group staff is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without any compensation.
– Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled slot. If a participant is late, the session time will not be extended.
– Any damage to the studio equipment or property caused by the participant will be the financial responsibility of the participant.
- Content Rights
– Participants retain the rights to the content created during their session. However, yKnot Media Group reserves the right to use footage, images, or recordings from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
– Participants agree to credit yKnot Media Group in any content shared publicly that was created during their free session.
- Cancellation
– If a participant is unable to attend their scheduled session, they must notify yKnot Media Group at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of their free slot.
– yKnot Media Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or emergency situations.
- Liability
– yKnot Media Group is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the use of the studio.
– Participants are advised to have their own insurance coverage for their equipment and belongings.
- Privacy
– Personal information provided during the application process will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
– Participants agree to have their names and photos used by yKnot Media Group for promotional purposes related to this campaign.
- Acceptance of Terms
– By applying for the free studio access campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
– yKnot Media Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
